Register Your Board
To make a service request or warranty claim, contact us at support@keyhomegoods.com. Please include whether it is a service request or warranty claim in the subject, and the serial number (ex. AAAAAAAA00A01001) located on the underside of your board in the submission. Inclusion of the serial number is required for confirmation of the board's authenticity and service history. Additional details and/or photographs accompanying the request if necessary are greatly appreciated.
After confirming the request, we will provide you with information regarding shipping your board to us or scheduling our complimentary white-glove pickup and drop-off KeyValet Service for customers in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. We will then work our magic and communicate updates throughout the process. Once the service, repair, or replacement has been completed, we will ship your board back to you or arrange delivery.
Please note:
- For more details regarding shipping, please see our Shipping & Returns Policy
- Service, repairs, or replacements will be completed within 2-4 weeks of receiving the piece
- Defects, as referred to above, either at the time of purchase or during the life of the board shall be defined as: cracks, splits, warps, delamination of glue seams, or anything which causes the board to become unusable
- Defects shall not include any items listed in the section below: How To Void Your Warranty
- Defects shall also not include the coloration, mineral streaking, patina, nor any other naturally occurring aspects of the wood itself
- Use of a Courtesy Board Concierge cutting board is subject to a completed Courtesy Board Concierge Agreement

Service Requests & Warranty Claims
How To Void Your Warranty
Things that shall void your board's warranty:
- Running your board in the dishwasher
- Submerging or soaking your board in water or other liquids
- The use of bleach, rubbing alcohol, or any household cleaning products on your board
- Any use or misuse beyond normal and reasonable food preparation or serving tasks
- Using the board as a hot pad, trivet, or placing hot pots, pans, or utensils on the surface causing scorching, burns, warping, or glue delamination
- The use vegetable oils, canola oil, olive oil, sunflower oil, corn oil, linseed oil, tung oil, coconut oil (refined, virgin, or non-processed), and/or any oils other than food grade mineral oil, a beeswax/mineral oil combination, or commercially available care products designed specifically for wood cutting boards for the purpose of maintaining your board
